Booking with Lucky Matchdays
How does the Lucky Matchday package work?
Your package includes round-trip flights departing on Friday and returning Sunday, two nights’ accommodation in a hotel (if applicable), and tickets to a football match in a European city. The destination remains a surprise until two weeks before departure.
Which destinations could we end up visiting?
You will visit an exciting European city, with the specific destination revealed shortly before your trip, adding an element of thrilling anticipation to your adventure.
Are group bookings available for events like stag parties?
Absolutely! Our packages are ideal for group events, providing an exciting and memorable experience for all participants.
Is it necessary to pay for group bookings in one transaction?
No, group members can pay separately. Just provide the existing order number in the ‘order notes’ to ensure the bookings are merged.
Can I change or cancel my booking after it’s been confirmed?
Once you book, our software instantly confirms the flights and tickets with our suppliers to ensure you have the best mystery trip experience, so changes or cancellations are not feasible.
What if we don’t like the match or destination selected?
We carefully curate each package to ensure a great experience. While preferences can’t be guaranteed, we strive to select exciting destinations and thrilling matches.
What happens if the football match is cancelled or rescheduled?
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, we’ll do our best to arrange an alternative match or provide a partial refund.
What if there are delays or cancellations with our flights?
Flight delays or cancellations are managed by the airlines. We cannot offer refunds or reschedule trips due to these issues, but we will endeavour to provide as many timely notifications as possible.
Are there tickets available for children?
Yes, children are welcome. The ticket price is the same for both children and adults.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of people that can travel?
There are no restrictions on group size. Whether you’re travelling solo or with a large group, we can accommodate your needs.
How far in advance can I book a trip?
Trips can be booked up to the end of the 2024/25 season, with departure dates starting on Fridays and returns on Sundays, ending in May 2025.
